ABOUT VIDI

Founded in December 2019 by Ivana Bacanek, Visual Communications Designer & Creative Director, with the goal to help people find their core values and express themselves in a visual way in order to win the obstacles in their businesses (from the moment they open their business to expansion of their brand).

The name VIDI came out of Croatian words “VI-zualni DI-zajn”. In a context of VIDI we want to achieve a peaceful, ethical & planet friendly victory (better for a long run) through creating ethical brands. ;)

OUR PROCESS

Client’s satisfaction is very important. We deliver the service in four clear steps:

Contact VIDI and describe needed help. We send you an offer with details about the proposed services, the total cost and deadlines. You make an initial downpayment and we get to work!
We arrange a (virtual) meeting to discuss the concept and characteristics of the design. We stay in touch to make sure we are on the right track.
We show you several draft designs and you pick the one you like the most. While we work on finalizing this design, you can suggest corrections.
We present the final design for your approval. Once you complete the payment, the digital files with the design are delivered to you through email.
